By accessing and using EvidenceStudio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

EvidenceStudio is currently in beta testing. The service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. We make no warranties about the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service during the beta period.

Beta access is by invitation only and may be revoked at any time at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use EvidenceStudio to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

You retain ownership of your research data and content. By using EvidenceStudio, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your research or results.

EvidenceStudio and its technology are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Augenblick Consulting.

In no event shall Augenblick Consulting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your access to EvidenceStudio at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of EvidenceStudio after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
